Supporting Your Faith with Fiscal Accountability

Testimonials

I have been the treasurer for my church for the better part of 10 years. It is an important job but one that requires a certain amount of specialized knowledge to do it properly which makes it very difficult to ever move out of the position. Having a firm like OSA&C to step in and do the detailed work allows our church finance committee to focus on making the decisions that are best for the church and not be concerned with the details of the books. What a relief!

Marketing for Nonprofits: A Resource

Online Stewardship Accounting & Consulting staff members care about nonprofit organizations. When we find a resource that may be helpful, we like to pass it along. We’ve found a website devoted to nonprofit marketing you may find useful.

Marketing is just as important to a nonprofit organization as a for-profit enterprise. Kivi Leroux Miller, owner of www.NonprofitMarketingGuide.com, offers webinars, free newsletters and tips to help you strengthen your presence in the community.

Even if you’re heavily involved in marketing, how can you assess the effectiveness of your activities without a plan of action? Miller’s article, How to Plan When You Are Already Doing It, in our opinion was very useful, and includes access to other resources and an opportunity to sign up for newsletters.

Know of any other valuable resources for nonprofits? Share them with us! If you need an accounting resource, we can help. Contact us at 904-398-4747 or Lynn@OnlineStewardship.com.
